We currently have three Wellbeing Advisers we can support from anything related to your Mental Health and Wellbeing.

Our Wellbeing Advisers offer a series of Wellbeing appointments or regular check-ins throughout a period of time at University to help support you. The aim of these appointments are to guide you through learning tips and coping techniques to learn to improve how you manage your mental health and wellbeing. As well as this, we offer a space to offload and talk through any of your concerns, thoughts and feelings.

To access these you can email well-being@ua92.ac.uk or attend one of our drop-ins for a 15 minute appointment, you can book in via the link below:

Practical tips

Where possible we would suggest you contact our Disability & Inclusive Service as soon you have an offer of a place, even if you haven’t decided that you are definitely studying with us. This will give us plenty of time to talk about your support, give you an opportunity to look around our campus and ensure any support is in place for when you start.
